With over 40 years of experience in the Australian insurance industry, Denis is a seasoned executive known for building high-performing businesses across sales, distribution, claims management, and strategic leadership.

After 14 years as General Manager of Commercial at Allianz Australia within the Broker and Agency division, Denis identified a gap in the market and set out to build an underwriting agency that would offer brokers truly focused product and distribution solutions. That vision became 360 Underwriting Solutions.

Now approaching its eighth year, 360 has grown into a multi-agency group with an expanded product suite and a strong reputation for being a people-first business. Under Denis’ leadership, 360 is recognised for its unique, fit-for-purpose products and the nimble, responsive service that brokers demand — all underpinned by a culture of connection, accountability, and delivery.

A highly regarded insurance industry leader with over 40 years of experience, Chris has built a strong reputation for delivering both financial and non-financial outcomes through the leadership of high-performing sales, underwriting, and service teams.

Throughout his career, Chris has managed claims units, held senior underwriting authorities, delivered technical and interpersonal training, led sales teams, and held leadership roles at branch, state, and national levels. His broker partners value his unwavering advocacy, deep respect for their businesses, and strong customer-first mindset.

Today, Chris continues to play a key role in expanding 360’s presence and relevance across the ditch in New Zealand, while ensuring that after eight years the business remains true to the values and purpose it was founded on: delivering trusted partnerships, tailored solutions, and a people-first approach.

Since joining 360 in November 2022, as the CEO of Australia and a Director, Jason Clarke has played a key role in driving strategic growth, managing relationships with major insurers like QBE, CGU, and Lloyd’s of London, and serving as a director across multiple entities within the 360 group. He also sits on the board of the Underwriting Agencies Council, contributing to broader industry initiatives.

With over 30 years of insurance experience, Jason previously held senior leadership roles at QBE Insurance, including Chief Customer Officer for Commercial Lines. There, he led a 500-person team and oversaw portfolios exceeding $4 billion in gross written premium. His expertise spans financial management, performance strategy, and relationship-building across local and international markets.
