A graduate of Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management and an MBA specialising in business analysis, operations and strategy, Jess has built experience spanning technical portfolio management through to distribution leadership across regional markets. Nick’s background includes frontline claims management, business development roles with Zurich and EML, and extensive experience in general insurance broking and commercial motor across NSW, VIC and QLD. Most recently, Nick was the National Business Development Manager for Gallagher, representing their specialist division and leading relationship management across national associations and sponsorships.
