360 in the Community

At 360, we believe in committing to doing what we say we are going to do, and we believe in creating meaningful impact where it matters most. Supporting the communities we live and work in is a core part of who we are.
Through broader community initiatives, we actively partner with charities and causes that align with our purpose and values. Whether it's through fundraising events, volunteering, or direct support, our focus is on making a lasting difference by not just giving back but giving with intent.

Looking to the future

Looking ahead, our focus remains on how we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. As we grow, so too does our responsibility and opportunity to give back with purpose. We are committed to evolving our approach to community support, creating more opportunities for our people to get involved, and strengthening partnerships with organisations that align with our values. With a collective effort and a people-first mindset, we’ll continue to drive positive impact and ensure our contribution grows alongside our business.

The 360-Way, of giving is about growing our impact alongside our business, making meaningful contributions that reflect who we are, what we stand for, and the positive difference we’re committed to making together.

Aspect is based in NSW and is the primary provider in Australia of services for children and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.
  • The Charity Challenge

The Charity Challenge Golf Series, founded in 2003 by Gary Dawson OAM and Matthew Laverty, was created to support lesser-known charities through a unique model combining corporate golf and community giving. Launching in 2004, the series now hosts around 12 core events annually, plus special charity tournaments and a major end-of-year Gala Ball attended by hundreds. Over the years, it has raised more than $10 million for a wide range of causes, while also fostering lasting business relationships and becoming a key fixture in many corporate calendars.
