Based in Sydney, Jess will continue working closely with Brett Williams, Head of Farm, in driving the next phase of growth and strategy for the business.
Jess brings a unique combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen and genuine connection to regional Australia. A graduate of Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management and an MBA specialising in business analysis, operations and strategy, Jess has built experience spanning technical portfolio management through to distribution leadership across regional markets. Nick brings 20 years’ experience across the insurance industry, spanning Life, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and General Insurance, with experience across insurers, brokers and TPAs.
Nick’s background includes frontline claims management, business development roles with Zurich and EML, and extensive experience in general insurance broking and commercial motor across NSW, VIC and QLD. Most recently, Nick was the National Business Development Manager for Gallagher, representing their specialist division and leading relationship management across national associations and sponsorships.

In a move set to strengthen its market presence and service offering, SURA Australian Bus and Coach (ABCU) today announced its official rebranding to Australian Bus and Coach Pty Ltd, effective 1 October 2025. This milestone marks the near completion of the strategic integration of SURA’s ABCU business into the 360 Group of Companies, a process that has been underway for the past year.
The integration reinforces the combined group’s commitment to delivering service excellence while positioning it for growth and innovation in the bus and coach insurance market.

360 Landlords has announced a series of important enhancements to its Landlords Insurance Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) effective 28 May 2025. These updates reflect 360’s ongoing commitment to providing market-leading insurance solutions that offer greater protection and clarity for landlords, ensuring comprehensive coverage that meets the evolving needs of property investors.
The updated PDS introduces key enhancements*, including:
+ Pet damage caused by tenants’ pets – Now included for both building and contents, with coverage up to $7,500 per policy period
+ Rubbish removal and cleaning costs – A new benefit covering up to $500 per claim in addition to current removal of debris benefit
+ Legal expenses for tenant default or eviction – Increased to $7,500 per claim
