Since joining 360 in 2022, Jess has played a key role in strengthening our Farm proposition across both portfolio and distribution, most recently as Portfolio Manager & National Distribution Manager. Based in Sydney, Jess will continue working closely with Brett Williams, Head of Farm, in driving the next phase of growth and strategy for the business.

 

Jess brings a unique combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen and genuine connection to regional Australia. A graduate of Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management and an MBA specialising in business analysis, operations and strategy, Jess has built experience spanning technical portfolio management through to distribution leadership across regional markets. Combining hands-on farm experience with a modern commercial mindset, Jess reflects the spirit of 360… authentic, driven and deeply connected to our brokers and communities.

Nick brings 20 years’ experience across the insurance industry, spanning Life, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and General Insurance, with experience across insurers, brokers and TPAs.


Nick’s background includes frontline claims management, business development roles with Zurich and EML, and extensive experience in general insurance broking and commercial motor across NSW, VIC and QLD. Most recently, Nick was the National Business Development Manager for Gallagher, representing their specialist division and leading relationship management across national associations and sponsorships.

Nick’s appointment reinforces 360uw’s commitment to delivering Solutions you Want, Service you Expect, People you Know, and supporting brokers with specialist underwriting expertise backed by strong relationships and responsive service.

Peg joins 360 from CGU, where, as Executive Manager – Broker Relationships, she played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company’s go-to-market, sales, and distribution strategy. Her leadership in driving a ‘broker-led’ model was instrumental in achieving significant growth and strengthening broker partnerships. With a career defined by building high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering innovative solutions, Peg is widely respected across the Australian insurance industry.

In this newly created role, Peg will work closely with CEO Jason Clarke to drive operational excellence, enhance partner engagement, and scale the business to meet growing demand. 360 Landlords has announced a series of important enhancements to its Landlords Insurance Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) effective 28 May 2025. These updates reflect 360’s ongoing commitment to providing market-leading insurance solutions that offer greater protection and clarity for landlords, ensuring comprehensive coverage that meets the evolving needs of property investors.

The updated PDS introduces key enhancements*, including:

+ Pet damage caused by tenants’ pets – Now included for both building and contents, with coverage up to $7,500 per policy period
+ Rubbish removal and cleaning costs – A new benefit covering up to $500 per claim in addition to current removal of debris benefit
+ Legal expenses for tenant default or eviction – Increased to $7,500 per claim

Chris has worked in the insurance industry for 36 years, across numerous roles. His roles have focused in Underwriting and Senior Management with extensive experience in, and with, underwriting agencies. This includes 10 years as Underwriting Director of two successful multi-line agencies, over 9 years at QBE and for the past 6 years in General Management roles at Insurance and Care NSW – focused on Warranty, Workers Compensation and Prevention.

This means you have the flexibility to choose the right policy to protect the business against the consequences of a breakdown.
