360 Underwriting Solutions is proud to introduce the inaugural Emerging Leaders Program — a strategic initiative designed to identify and develop the next generation of leaders within our business.

Now in our eight year of operation, this program reflects our commitment to investing in our people and cultivating leadership capabilities that will support 360’s continued growth and long-term success. The Emerging Leaders Program has been built around a clear set of criteria that align with the values and behaviours we see as critical for future leadership.

The first intake of the program commenced in the second half of 2024, with a focus on structured learning, mentorship, and real-world leadership experiences that reflect the unique environment and aspirations of 360.

Proudly graduating in April 2025, the participants celebrated their combined achievements alongside current leaders at Kingsleys in Woolloomooloo — a fitting conclusion to a program designed to inspire, empower, and elevate the future of leadership within 360 Underwriting Solutions.

The program is designed to support individuals who demonstrate:
