360 Casualty will be led by Jonathan Lee, Head of Casualty, a third-generation insurance industry professional who brings more than two decades of experience across broking, liability underwriting, and portfolio management. Jonathan began his career in 2001, spending nine years in broking before transitioning to underwriting in 2010. Since then, he has held senior roles within both international insurers and underwriting agencies, managing portfolios across diverse industries and occupations.

In joining 360, Jonathan brings his vision to establish 360 Casualty as the go-to underwriting agency for SME, Mid-Market, and Corporate Liability risks in Australia, delivering first-class service and solutions to brokers and their clients.
