In distributing this policy, Anchorage Marine will be acting, under its own AFSL, on behalf of the Insurer. This means that when arranging and effecting this policy, Anchorage Marine will be acting as an agent for the Insurer, not as your agent. With a career in or around the boating industry spanning over 25 years, Brent has worked as a boat broker in the luxury cruiser market where he honed his customer service background and expansive knowledge of boats and the industry as a whole. For the past 13 years this has been in the Pleasurecraft insurance market, working in account management, distribution and management roles gaining experience with insurance sales, underwriting and claims, whilst developing and network of relationships in both the insurance and boating industries.
As Executive Director of Anchorage Marine, Brent plans to continue the legacy of this long established Pleasurecraft agency whilst looking to streamline operations and service delivery and expand the portfolio across Australia. This will be done through new markets, existing and developing relationships and providing boat insurance service and product solutions that the market wants.
