Peg joins 360 from CGU, where, as Executive Manager – Broker Relationships, she played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company’s go-to-market, sales, and distribution strategy. Her leadership in driving a ‘broker-led’ model was instrumental in achieving significant growth and strengthening broker partnerships. With a career defined by building high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering innovative solutions, Peg is widely respected across the Australian insurance industry.
In this newly created role, Peg will work closely with CEO Jason Clarke to drive operational excellence, enhance partner engagement, and scale the business to meet growing demand. She will oversee the optimisation of operational processes, integration of new agencies, digital enablement initiatives, and ensure 360’s network continues to deliver market-leading service to brokers and clients.
