360 Underwriting Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Church as General Manager - Commercial Classes, further strengthening its leadership team as the business continues to expand its capability across the Australian market. The appointment reflects 360's ongoing commitment to bringing deep industry expertise into the business as it scales its offering for brokers and partners.
Ben joins 360 from Allianz, where he spent over 13 years across a range of senior distribution roles, most recently as General Manager of Distribution. During his time at Allianz, he also led Broker Partnerships & Enablement and served as State Distribution Manager for NSW, building a strong track record across commercial insurance and broker partnerships. Ben has also contributed to the industry more broadly as a Generation i Council Advisory Board Member with the Australian Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
Known for his results-driven and thoughtful approach, Ben is passionate about delivering meaningful insurance and risk management solutions for Australian businesses, with a strong focus on building and growing long-lasting relationships with brokers and partners along the way. We're excited for him to bring this passion and expertise to 360 as we continue to build out our commercial capability.
In his new role, Ben will lead 360's Commercial Classes division, working closely with CEO Jason Clarke to shape underwriting strategy, grow the commercial portfolio, and deepen relationships with partners across the network.
